G-Dragon has officially addressed the recent dating rumors linking him to TWICE’s Sana, putting an end to swirling speculations. His agency, Galaxy Corporation, released a statement explaining the social media post that sparked the rumors.

“We would like to clarify the misunderstandings surrounding G-Dragon’s dating rumors,” the agency stated.

The controversy began when G-Dragon uploaded a photo from Coldplay’s concert on April 22, attended with actor Jung Hae-in and singer Code Kunst. During the performance, TWICE appeared as special guests, and G-Dragon’s post included a screenshot of Sana on the LED screen — tagging her personal Instagram rather than TWICE’s official account.

This singular tag led netizens to speculate about a possible romantic link. The rumors reignited recently after it was revealed that G-Dragon would appear on the YouTube variety show Dex and Sana’s Fridge Interview.

Galaxy Corporation clarified the timeline, noting that “filming for the YouTube web show took place on April 14, one day after the final episode of MBC’s ‘Good Day.'” They emphasized that G-Dragon’s tagging of Sana was merely a friendly gesture following the recording of the show.

“G-Dragon appeared on ‘Cold Interview’ due to his friendship with Dex, and Sana’s participation was only confirmed the day before the recording,” the agency added. “We initially chose not to respond to the rumors to avoid spoiling the show’s guest lineup.”

Meanwhile, separate rumors surrounding G-Dragon’s past connection to former After School member Lee Joo-yeon have also resurfaced, though no additional statements have been made regarding that matter.
